At Black Sage Apotheka, herbal consultations are designed to support your wellness journey through traditional herbal knowledge, lifestyle guidance, and individualized plant-based recommendations.
Herbal consultations are a collaborative process focused on supporting your whole health. Together, we will explore factors such as nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress and emotional well-being, to better understand the root causes of imbalance. Depending on your needs, consultations may also include energy healing support.
Herbs and energy healing can provide valuable support, but lasting wellness comes from your own commitment to the healing process. You are the conductor of your own health.
Initial Herbal Consultation — $90 CAD
Includes:
- 1.5–2 hour personalized online consultation
- Written individualized herbal wellness protocol
- Personalized herbal formulation recommendations
- Educational resources and recommendations
The cost of herbal preparations, such as tinctures, loose herbs, salves, or other preparations, is not included in the consultation fee and will be discussed separately.
Follow-Up Herbal Consultation — $65 CAD
Includes:
- About 1 hour personalized online consultation
- Review and assessment of your progress
- Adjustments to your individualized herbal wellness protocol as needed
- Additional herbal formulation recommendations, when appropriate
- Additional guidance and resources, as needed
The cost of herbal preparations, such as tinctures, loose herbs, salves, or other preparations, is not included in the consultation fee and will be discussed separately.
