Together, we will explore factors such as nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, emotional well-being, and spirituality to better understand the root causes of imbalance. Depending on your needs, consultations may also include energy healing support.

Following your consultation, you will receive personalized herbal recommendations and a customized wellness plan. 

Herbs and energy healing can provide valuable support, but lasting wellness comes from your own commitment to the healing process. You are the conductor of your own health.

Initial consultations are $90 CAD.

Follow-up consultations are $65 CAD
