Good day everyone, my name is Sam!
I am a Herbalist, herbal educator, mycologist, grower of food and medicine who want to share all the good information I'm learning on this journey.
My spiritual journey led me to developing a passion for herbalism. Today, my intuition is guiding me to sharing what I am learning about plants for the collective good and vibrational level of this planet.
I understand and value the importance between a healthy body and a healthy mind, and I know that plants have an abundance to offer to help us find this balance and help us grow on this healing journey.
We just need to slow down, listen, look around, smell, feel, enjoy, love, be grateful and respectful of all the beauty and goods that are surrounding us.
